Virginia Wilson

Virginia has been a member of CCS Disability Southland’s LEC committee since March 2002 and is its current Chairperson. She values her association with CCS Disability Action both at a local and national level and is admiring, supportive and proud of the significant positive contributions the team of CCS Disability Action Southland makes to the lives of disabled people throughout Southland and Central Otago.

A lawyer by profession, Virginia is a partner in a legal firm in Invercargill where she has lived for most of her professional life. Her interests primarily center around her friends and family, having a son and his family living in the USA and her older son in New Zealand. She enjoys travelling to spend time with them, music, gardening, art, walking, her faith and church commitments and assisting other NGOs of which she is a board member.
