CCS Disability Action works with host families who provide disabled people with a safe and familiar home-away-from-home.
Contract Board is aimed at supporting disabled people to stay connected to their community and the things that are important to them, including friends, work or other activities.

Our role in supporting you
As a Contract Board host family, you play a hugely important role. You give people the opportunity to be included in a family environment. CCS Disability Action can support you by:
Working with you to establish what works best for you and your family.
Ensuring that all legal requirements are met and services are coordinated to ensure people receive high quality support.
Providing you with training, practical support and ongoing advocacy to ensure you are well equipped to handle any challenges.
Coordinating any required disabilityrelated supports, modifications or medical support needed for a disabled person to thrive in their new environment.
