I have worked at CCS Disability Action since 2012, first for the Northern region based in Auckland and more recently for national office.

I was drawn to the organisation's focus on equity, social justice and human rights – something I feel proud to be part of to this day. I have been lucky enough to be educated on disability culture, inclusion and accessibility by disabled leaders and their allies during this time and love that there is still so much to learn. It is a great privilege to hear and share people's stories and to employ these to help create meaningful change in disabled people's lives.

When I am not working, I call Ōtautahi home. I live with my husband, two school-age boys, a mischievous dog and patient cat.
