I first started with CCS Disability Action in July 2014 and have loved almost every moment since.

I grew up primarily in Palmerston North and graduated from Massey University with a degree in Business Studies, majoring in Human Resources. Following graduation, I worked with MidCentral District Health Board for many years in their HR team, before relocating to Wellington with my family.

My role with CCS Disability Action is varied and I love that no two days are the same! As HR Manager I am responsible for the people function within the organisation – setting up and reviewing policies relating to HR, managing employee risk, managing the employment relations function (including union negotiations and disciplinary investigations) and contributing to the strategic direction of the organisation. I am passionate about employee wellbeing and doing what we can to ensure this is a great place to work.

I am the proud Mum of four amazing children who continue to challenge, inspire and motivate me every day.
