About our services

We deliver Choice in Community Living in three centres throughout New Zealand; Auckland, Hamilton and Dunedin.

The aim of Choice in Community Living is to support people with disabilities to live in the community and home of their choosing. If you are living in residential care and are interested in greater independance, we will provide the supports you require to move into your own home and connect with your local neighbourhood.

CCS Disability Action is committed to a flexible partnership approach. This means we don’t claim to be the expert in your life or needs and our support services are not about ticking boxes. Instead, we work to tailor our information, advocacy and direct support to support you to realise their vision for themselves.
