Accessible meeting rooms hire
CCS Disability Action Auckland offers three fully accessible spaces of varying capacity for hire.
Our rooms available for hire are:
Kauri room
This is our largest room which seats up to 30 people. Equipment in the room features a ceiling-mounted data projector, hearing loop and public address system. There is seating for 30 people and up to five trestle tables on wheels.
Totara room
This is the smaller meeting room with a board room table that seats up to eight people. A separate overhead projector can be hired upon request for no extra charge.
Yarnton house lounge room
The lounge room can be equipped with most things that you might need to host a gathering. This room is located in Yarnton House. There is seating for a maximum of 30 people and up to five café-style tables.

Room hire includes:
Kauri and Totara Meeting Rooms
These rooms have a mini fridge, dishwasher, microwave, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs and tea and coffee making facilities. Bring your own coffee, tea, milk, sugar etc. We charge $1 per head to use our tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
Equipment available: microphone, sound system, electronic whiteboard, overhead projector, flip chart, markers, easel and paper, and data projector. There are no extra charges for this equipment but equipment must be specified on booking as there is limited availability.
Yarnton House
The Lounge Room includes a kitchen containing: cups, saucers, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, mugs, tea, coffee and dish washing facilities. Bring your own coffee, tea, milk, sugar etc.
Equipment available: electronic whiteboard, overhead projector, flip chart, markers, easel and paper, and portable data projector. Booking of equipment is on a first come first served basis.
For each of these rooms, you will need to bring your own laptop. The password for our wireless connection is available from reception.
