Thank you for supporting our Christmas Appeal

You can give a one-off donation using the form below – it’s fast and secure. Your receipt will be sent immediately.

Your donation brings positive change for people like Tarryn.

Tarryn, a talented singer in North Taranaki wanted practical support to help her rebuild her confidence and community connections.

Our team helped Tarryn build the skills she needed to access her community independently on the bus and reconnect with fellow music lovers, leading to an offer to sing at the Taranaki Music Festival! You can read Tarryn’s story here.

Every dollar donated helps us to directly support over 5,000 disabled people and their families. We also support 170,000 Mobility Parking Permit holders to access their local communities.

Chrissy & Mandy's story

Chrissy and Mandy have lived in Manawatū for much of their lives, sometimes with family and, for Mandy, sometimes in residential care. Now, with the support of our team, they live together in Feilding.

Mandy previously lived in residential care, an environment which can impact on day-to-day choice and freedoms for some people. To enable her to live independently, CCS Disability Action organised a team of support workers who live with the pair 24/7. Read their story.
