Matt Hannah

Hi, I’m Matthew Hannah and I’m based in Lyttelton, Canterbury. I’ve spent much of my professional life working in finance and governance. I’m passionate about using those skills to support organisations that make a real difference in people’s lives.

I joined the former CCS Disability Action National Board because I believe in the organisation’s mission to support disabled people to have choice and control over their lives. I am pleased to be able to continue this work on the new CCS Disability Action Head Trust.

As a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience, I bring strong financial management, strategic planning, and governance expertise. I’ve advised other disability support organisations and was proud to contribute to CCS Disability Action’s recent governance review. I’m committed to upholding the values of inclusion, empowerment, partnership, and respect in everything I do.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and am often found out on the water yachting or walking the various track around Banks Peninsula.

I’m proud to contribute to an organisation that has served Aotearoa for over 90 years and am excited to help shape its future.
